The former DeltaPlex Arena & Conference Center was a well known West Michigan venue for concerts, sporting events, trade shows, expos, and community gatherings for many years. After the facility closed, the property became the focus of a major redevelopment effort intended to repurpose the site from an event venue into productive industrial, warehouse, and office space. The project represents a significant transformation of a recognizable local property and supports continued industrial growth along the Turner Avenue corridor in Walker.

Feenstra & Associates was involved in the redevelopment through ALTA survey, site plan, and construction staking services. Our work helped support the transition of the property from its former use into a modern industrial development, including the planning and field layout needed for new site improvements, building reuse, access, parking, utilities, loading areas, and construction activity. The project is a strong example of how surveying and civil site work help bring new purpose to existing properties while supporting local business growth and redevelopment.
