Adam has been with Feenstra & Associates for over 10 years and has played an important role in the company’s civil engineering work. His background includes a wide range of civil engineering projects, including site design, land development, drainage, wastewater, and environmental related work. At Feenstra & Associates, Adam helps guide projects from early planning through design, review, permitting, and construction. His work often involves coordinating with clients, contractors, municipalities, and reviewing agencies to help move projects forward efficiently and accurately. With his experience in both engineering design and project management, Adam helps provide practical solutions that fit the needs of each site and client.

Dave has over 37 years of experience in civil engineering and has spent the majority of his professional career serving clients throughout West Michigan. He began his engineering career at Fishbeck Inc. before joining Feenstra & Associates in 1990, where he continues to play a leading role within the company today. Throughout his career, Dave has worked on a wide variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and environmental engineering projects. With decades of industry knowledge and practical experience, Dave is committed to delivering practical, well planned engineering solutions tailored to each project’s needs. His long standing commitment to quality work, professional service, and practical engineering solutions has helped establish Feenstra & Associates as a trusted name in civil engineering and land surveying throughout West Michigan.

Justin has over 10 years of experience in land surveying and civil engineering with Feenstra & Associates. His background includes both field and office work, giving him a strong understanding of how projects move from the initial site visit to the final survey documents. Through his experience, Justin has worked on a variety of survey and engineering related projects, allowing him to assist clients with practical knowledge and attention to detail. His experience allows him to understand not only the technical side of surveying, but also the importance of clear communication, accurate information, and dependable results. Whether working in the field, reviewing project details, or helping prepare final documents, Justin brings a practical and well rounded approach to each project.

Brandon Pisoni is a Civil Engineer at Feenstra & Associates who brings a diverse background in business ownership, property management, and engineering. Before transitioning into civil engineering, Brandon spent more than a decade managing businesses and overseeing property operations, experiences that strengthened his leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. He later gained engineering experience as an intern with GCW Inc. in Las Vegas before joining Feenstra & Associates as an Engineer in Training. Brandon is committed to delivering practical engineering solutions while providing dependable service to clients throughout every stage of a project.
Mohammad Amin Haidary
Engineer in Training
Mohammad Amin Haidary is a Civil Engineer at Feenstra & Associates with experience in civil engineering design, site development, and project coordination. Prior to joining Feenstra & Associates, he worked as a Project Engineer with Nederveld Inc. before continuing his career as a Civil Design Engineer with Paradigm. His diverse engineering background allows him to approach projects with attention to detail, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset. Mohammad is dedicated to helping clients achieve successful project outcomes through responsive communication and thoughtful engineering solutions.
