Raven Flats Townhomes is a 24 unit townhome development located at the southwest corner of East Beltline Avenue and 5 Mile Road. The project brings new housing to a highly visible corridor and makes productive use of property in an area where access, density, utilities, and site layout all need to be carefully balanced.

Feenstra & Associates provided civil engineering and land surveying services to help support the project from site planning into construction. On a compact townhome site, small layout decisions can have a major impact on circulation, grading, drainage, utility placement, and the way the buildings fit together. Our work helped provide the technical foundation needed to move the project forward with accuracy and coordination.
