Northern Dell Commons is a planned residential community in northern Grand Rapids that includes multifamily housing and shared amenities such as green space, recreation areas, and resident focused site features. Rather than functioning as a simple apartment layout, the site was planned as a livable community where buildings, drives, parking, utilities, and open areas all needed to work together.

Feenstra & Associates supported the project with civil engineering and land surveying services. Our work helped organize the technical side of the development, from grading and drainage to utility layout and construction staking, so the finished site could function well for residents, contractors, and the surrounding community.
