Grace Christian Academy expanded its campus on Ball Avenue NE to better serve its students, staff, and growing school community. School expansion projects are different from many new developments because they often have to fit new improvements around an active campus, existing buildings, parking areas, pedestrian movement, and daily school operations.

Feenstra & Associates provided civil engineering and land surveying services to support the expansion. Our work helped address the site related pieces of the project, including layout, grading, utilities, drainage, and construction coordination, so the new improvements could connect properly with the existing campus and support the school’s long term needs.
